You may feel un noticed….

As you find yourself grieving and your not the person you once were… Your broken…. Your tired… You just don’t know what to do….

You start to feel unnoticed…. You feel like nobody cares…..

Stop…. Hold your head up high, go out, start noticing….. Cause people do notice you…. Take time to chat if someone says hi….. If someone opens a door for you…. Lift your head look into their eyes, thank them … They did notice you… They may feel the same way…

It really is the little things that build you up….. give you strength… allow yourself to feel noticed again. 💙💔
